Our web site ("web", or "site") is intended to provide information about EHTravels and the travel related services advertized and sold our customers and visitors.

5. Safety, Security, and Compliance. How do we protect your information?

No Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mails are not secured. Therefore, personal sensitive information (such as credit cards information, DOB, SS#, and other such information) should not be transmitted via e-mail. This said, our online submissions forms use JotForm Secure Connection (from JotForm website "Secure or SSL Forms are for secure communications between the client (i.e., the end user of your form) Jotforms' servers. These communications are encrypted to prevent snooping by a 3rd party, and are useful if any of your forms contain sensitive information such as credit card or payment details or any other data of a personal nature").

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We do collect credit card information, but did not know PCI compliant scans are now required.
We use regular weekly Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

6. Do we use 'cookies'?

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes
